1964 Pontiac tripower

thermostat housing bolt-This bolt has a special stud attached to hold one of the alternator straps on cars with power steering. It is installed on the driver's side and takes the place of one of the bolts that attaches the waterneck. It is not the common reproduction, but a genuine GM part.

$4.50

1964 waterneck - reproduction item with GM casting number

$32.50

1964-66 block off plate, gasket, and bolts - mounted on the front of the intake with two 7/16" bolts. If restoring yours, I recommend replacting this part. Many have ancient gaskets and some are nearly rusted through.

$7.50

1964 Choke tubes - pair of steel prebent lines from carb to intake.

$16.00

1964-65 Electric Choke Conversion - This replaces the Bakelite cover and coil spring mounted on the passenger side of the center carb. It requires only 1 hotwire. Also fits 59-63. Email me with questions.

$35.00

1964-65 Choke stat retainers - These are the triangular shaped tabs (each held by it's own screw) that retain the stat housing to the carb. Set of 3.

$1.50

1961-64 internal choke tubes with gasket - Also known as choke stove plate. Has a looped steel line that heats up and transfers heat to your carb via external tubes.

$26.00

1964-65 lines and fitting - set of correct fittings; fuel block, stamped "Weatherhead", 45° for center, 105° for rear.

$47.00

1964-65 lines only - set of 3 pre-fit aluminum fuel lines. Polished free if requested.

$20.00

Aluminum Polish - I have been polishing the aluminum fuel lines and power brakes lines since I discovered these products about a year ago. Eagle One produces both. First step is a chemical on a cotton-like material, referred to as "wodding polish". It comes in a tin. Second step is a "jeweler's rouge". Your lines will look like stainless in minutes.

$10.00

1964-66 Fuel block (only) - Weatherhead fitting reproduction item.

$16.25

45 degree fitting - for center carb.

$2.00

105 degree fitting - This one is a special reproduction item. Some substitute the 90° for this, but then the line to the rear tube is very close to the carbs and difficult to tighten.

$10.00

Power Brake fittings and prebent aluminum line (to booster)
- Comes off the rear of the front carb. Free polish if requested- NEW!

$21.00

New throttleblades (butterflies) - for the end carbs. These are precision made with tolerances of .0005". Replace those damaged blades. Come in pairs with correct brass replacement screws. NEW!

$45.00

1964-66 upgrade needle/seats, "checkball system" - I recommend this part. See FAQ #6. You need 3, but these are priced seperately.

1964-66 brass floats - Per original. Mine are all the same size. I use them myself in all the carbs I restore. If yours are brass, they are likely to be 35 years old. If composition, they have been replaced. I recommend new floats as you want to do all you can to avoid pumping raw fuel on your intake and into your engine. Again, these are priced seperately, but you need 3.
