 | Carb airhorn front or rear Excellent repro. Held side by side, you cannot tell difference between this and original. Some say the GM is printed upside-down. They are half wrong. OEM airhorns came with the GM logo facing either direction. Perfect fit. Replace your airhorn with broken air cleaner mount, or damaged fuel inlet threads. Or, contact me to repair your old airhorn.  | 1/4" Phenolic insulators 1959 to 1965 I have been getting e-mails, 2-3 a week, with concerns that carbs are leaking after the motor is shut down. Sometimes the fuel drips into the manifold, resulting in hard starting. Or, if the car sits, it can be hard to start as the floatbowls are empty. Here is what is happening...Today's Ethanol laced fuel boils at 20 or more degrees lower than straight gasoline. After car is shut off, heat from the motor is absorbed into the carburator...a heat sink. Phenolic has a "high coefficient of heat transfer," and is often used in applications as this one to insulate a hot surface from an ajoining piece.  | K & N Air Filter Elements Price is for a set of three (3) elements. Just the elements. Note that K & N also sells a complete set with lids and bases for the tripowers. However, the quality of the lids and bases does not compare to the show quality reproduction lids and bases sold on the page. This item is only the three filter elements. These should improve your motors breathing. They are easily cleaned and should never need replacing. They fit perfectly in the original air cleaner bases, like the GTOs had. | 1959 -1965 Rebuild Kits (3) Top Quality, better than you can buy elsewhere. I buy best parts in bulk and put together myself. Best accel pumps, Ethanol Resistant. I include new springs for under the accel pumps, and gaskets carb to air cleaner almost never in kits. Includes all checkballs and clips. Don't let price fool you; these are the best out there. Includes upgraded one piece needle and seat, I refer to as checkvalve. Resists sticking. Three kits for three carbs.  | 1957-1965 Electric Choke Conversion choke cup. Comes with new screws (3) and plated clips (3). Fits 59 to 65 center carbs. Simple install. Provides choke when blocking the crossover. The internal tube in the manifold is a closed loop, so it is not necessary to block the ends. In this case, you can see the tps of screws used to block the tubes. I did not leave them like this.  | 59-66 end carb throttleblades Excellent quality. Several manufactures have attempted this over the years. This is a precision fit item. Although this is an exact copy of the original, installation in a used throttlebody does not guarantee a perfect result. I include a small qantity of DAG213 which will be required to seal these perfectly. It looks like black paint and is applied to the edges of the throttleblades after installation. Screws included. You need to glass bead all surfaces prior to assembly. If you do not have the equipment available to glass bead the parts, you have another option. I can restore your throttlebodies for you. | Fuel inlet threads for end carbs It is not unusual to find the fuel inlet threads on your 1959 to 1966 end carbs worn out. If you see Teflon Tape on the fittings, or if the brass fuel fitting screws all the way in and is not tight, you likely need this service. It requires you to send me the airhorn. The new thread insert is not a Helicoil, but similar. The fuel inlet threads are tapered (1/8" NPT.) I have a special fixture that your airhorn bolts onto. This fixture is secured to my drill press to make sure the new threads are aligned perfectly. The new insert is not visible when lines are installed. These are steel and need to be as the fuel block is suspended on the driver's side. Line with fittings also in shop.
