Pair of #77 heads and matching intake
Both heads and the tripower intake are dated A305  (Jan 30, 1965)  Heads have been pulled apart and mangnfluxed, cleaned and reassembled.  Intake blasted and in heat resistant primer.  Heads look excellent, nice, smooth combustion chambers, valves sitting high.  I would have the heads examined and check to see if they need guides or any new valves.  But, they were removed from a running car. E-mail me for details.  I will provide my phone number so you can call. I could finish the tripower with a correct set of restored carbs for an additional charge. Actual shipping charged.... 1959-1966 End Carb Throttlebodies
These are excellent quality and seal as well or better than what Rochester made.  They are not the ones you see by various suppliers for 75. to 99. These are not made in China, but in USA by a quality craftsman. These are aluminum, but I usually paint correct cast gray, if you specify as you place in cart.  Specify front or rear. No disappointments. Come with necesssary gaskets.... (Read More)

full sized air cleaner lid
This is an excellent reproduction with the correct shape as the original. Comes bare metal.  When painted, can not tell from original.  Firs all big Pontiac air cleaners with one stud protruding fron top.  ALso fits 348 air cleaners as well as Olds J2.  GM used same top on all of these. If you are unable to paint this item, contact me.  I may be able to paint it for you, for an extra charge.... (Read More)

1959 to 1965 Air Cleaner Lids and bases only.
Show quality, mirror chrome set of air cleaner lids and bases only.  Bases are Satin black.  Exact reproduction of the popular GTO air cleaners.  Many prefer these on the full sized cars, as the big air cleaner hides the tripower. If you want complete set with paper filter elements, studs, wignuts, and gaskets, check the cart, as this item is also available.... (Read More)

1/2" Phenolic Insulator Set 1965
I have been getting e-mails, 2-3 a week, with concerns that carbs are leaking after the motor is shut down.  Sometimes the fuel drips into the manifold, resulting in hard starting.  Or, if the car sits, it can be hard to start as the floatbowls are empty.        Here is what is happening...Today's Ethanol laced fuel boils at 20 or more degrees lower than straight gasoline.  After car is shut off, heat from the motor is absorbed into the carburator...a heat sink.  Phenolic has a "high coefficient of heat transfer," and is often used in applications as this one to insulate a hot surface from an ajoining piece. This is not a new idea, but I have had these insulators made, with correct studs, in a kit, to fir your tripwoer and look nice. ... (Read More)

Carb airhorn front or rear
Excellent repro. Held side by side, you cannot tell difference between this and original. Some say the GM is printed upside-down.  They are half wrong.  OEM airhorns came with the GM logo facing either direction.  Perfect fit. Replace your airhorn with broken air cleaner mount, or damaged fuel inlet threads. Or, contact me to repair your old airhorn. You can choose the finish that comes on it ...dull and blotchy See picture..sorry.)  By the way, this is how all of them are, from other suppliers as well.  They all come from the same source. And the same counry...you guess..starts with a C. Or, I can glass bead the part and leave it natural.  Third choice, I can blast it and dye with Eastwood. Most people apply Eastwood incorrectly and it looks awful.  Do... (Read More)

K & N Air Filter Elements
Price is for a set of three (3) elements. Just the elements.  Note that K & N also sells a complete set with lids and bases for the tripowers.  However, the quality of the lids and bases does not compare to the show quality reproduction lids and bases sold on the page.  This item is only the three filter elements.   These should improve your motors breathing.  They are easily cleaned and should never need replacing.  They fit perfectly in the original air cleaner bases, like the GTOs had.  Same size and shape as the paper elements.  I bought these in large quanitiy from distributor which yielded not only a better price structure, but also free shipping (to me.)  I am passing these savings to you.  Still not cheap at 80., but cheaper t... 1959 -1965 Rebuild Kits (3)
Top Quality, better than you can buy elsewhere. I buy best parts in bulk and put together myself.  Best accel pumps, Ethanol Resistant. I include new springs for under the accel pumps, and gaskets carb to air cleaner almost never in kits. Includes all checkballs and clips. Don't let price fool you; these are the best out there.  Includes upgraded one piece needle and seat, I refer to as checkvalve. Resists sticking.  Three kits for three carbs. I am now including three new screws to attach the Bakelite cover to the choke cup, as well as three plated "tabs" to hold on the cover. For a nice finishing touch, check out a new item I have added to the cart; a set of new, blackened screws and washers for the airorns.  They are not included with the carb kits, but can be... 1965 Tripower Linkage kit
These are all the parts you need to convert from Vacuum to mechanical linkage.  Includes slidebar, J shaped bracket to attach to center carb, slidebar to rear carb, long linkage arm for rear carb, all bolts, and parts needed.  Includes new set of torsion springs for end carbs.  Specify GTO or full sized Pontiac when you add item to cart.  There is a difference in the kits.  Picture is of linkage for full-sized.  Note it has a ball stud rather than a post where the cable would attach on a GTO. Kit does not include the long rod on passenger side that runs from rear carb to front carb.  This is the same part for a vacuum linkage car, so many already have this piece.  If needed, it is also in the shopping cart.... 1957-1965 Electric Choke Conversion
choke cup. Comes with new screws (3) and plated clips (3). Fits 59 to 65 center carbs. Simple install. Provides choke when blocking the crossover.  The internal tube in the manifold is a closed loop, so it is not necessary to block the ends.  In this case, you can see the tps of screws used to block the tubes.  I did not leave them like this.  The tubes had been removed...so I had to block the openings.  I ended up grinding down the heads of the screws so they looked more like a rivot.... 59-66 end carb throttleblades
Excellent quality.  Several manufactures have attempted this over the years.  This is a precision fit item. Although this is an exact copy of the original, installation in a used throttlebody does not guarantee a perfect result.  I include a small qantity of DAG213 which will be required to seal these perfectly.  It looks like black paint and is applied to the edges of the throttleblades after installation. Screws included. You need to glass bead all surfaces prior to assembly.  If you do not have the equipment available to glass bead the parts, you have another option. I can restore your throttlebodies for you.  Usually, I find customers do not need new throttleblades when I inspect them.  When I restore a pair of end throttlebodies, I charge 110. a pa... 1965-1966 Throttle Cable Bracket
Bracket mounts to intake with 2 bolts. An accurate reproduction of the original down to the GM part number. It positions the throttle cable differently than the 4 bbl bracket. If you are converting  to a tripower, you need this item.  Includes clip and bolt.  Bracket is zinc plated, but should be painted to match you intake.  The clip that holds the cable should not be painted.... 1965 internal choke tube
This is the tube that is permanently attached to you intake.  It is actually a loop, that is heated with exhaust gasses in the crossover.  These tubes do rust through occasionally.  When this occurs, you get exhaust gasses in the choke cup, causing condensation and deterioration, eventually freezing up the internal pull-off piston Call me if you need help with installation.... 1965 Waterneck
The 65 waterneck (thermostat housing) points straight up.  In addition to being the correct neck for the 65 GTO tripower, this is a good choice for other applications.  Often the 2bbl of 4 bbl top radiator hose can be used with this neck as it is in nearly the same position as these applications.  It is slightly forward, but the hose can be cut to accommodate this.... Fuel inlet threads for end carbs
It is not unusual to find the fuel inlet threads on your 1959 to 1966 end carbs worn out.  If you see Teflon Tape on the fittings, or if the brass fuel fitting screws all the way in and is not tight, you likely need this service.  It requires you to send me the airhorn.  The new thread insert is not a Helicoil, but similar.  The fuel inlet threads are tapered (1/8" NPT.)   I have a special fixture that your airhorn bolts onto.  This fixture is secured to my drill press to make sure the new threads are aligned perfectly.  The new insert is not visible when lines are installed.  It is more of a barrel type insert than the Helicoil.  I have never had a problem with them. Price includes inert, machine work and shipping back in the USA.... (Read More)
